How long will my order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 24 hours (Mon–Fri), and UK delivery usually takes 3–5 working days from order. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free UK delivery on every order over £40. Under that it's a flat £3.95.
Will this foam cannon fit my pressure washer?
Check the fitting listed on the product page against your machine — Karcher K-series uses a different connector to Nilfisk, Bosch and most universal machines. If you're not sure, email info@signetautocare.com with your model number and we'll tell you which one you need.
Do I need a pressure washer to use a foam cannon?
For a snow foam cannon, yes. If you don't have one, our foam gun connects straight to a garden hose instead — less thick foam, but no pressure washer needed.
Can I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery to return an unwanted item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Email info@signetautocare.com and we'll walk you through it.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email info@signetautocare.com a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund you in full, and you won't need to send the damaged one back.
Where's my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, email info@signetautocare.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
